The Collection MoDA is one of our staple events of the year that we are always delighted to attend for several reasons once of which is, conceptualizer Kerry-Ann Clarke knows Fashion! 

Every year, there is a well thought out concept and theme that takes our imagination to an otherly realm as we are always in awe of the decor and intrigued by the showings of the talented designers that she carefully hand-picks!

Carlton Brown’s Mirror Mirror Fashion Presentation





Jamaican Menswear Designer Carlton Brown in 2017 literally made it rain with some of Jamaica’s hottest men on the runway! Well-dressed, handsome, abs bearing men strutted their stuff on the runway with the stand-out being Jamaican Olympian Asafa Powell.

In 2018 Jamaican Designer Jae Jolly whose collection took us on a beach on the south of France which featured wide-brim hats, colorful swimsuits, fun + flirty dresses and beautiful jumpsuits.

Flowerchild1999 by our very own Kaycian Burke whose collection included her signature tassel bags + hats and beautiful woven statement belts complemented by a mix of the 60s +70s that featured dramatic sleeves.

New York-based Yumi Katsura brought her fringe, lace, baroque + beautiful print pieces that featured selections from the Haute Couture Yuzen Collections and highlights from the Zoey Grey Collections In 2018.

DRENNA LUNA & HER BEAVY OF BEAUTY QUEENS




Local designer Arlene Martin of Drenna Luna who made her runway debut where she presented an exciting collection of couture meets elegance while sticking to her brand essence as modeled by the current Miss Universe Jamaica Davina Bennett and former Miss Universe Jamaica winners Kerrie Baylis 2013, Kaci Fennel-Shirley 2014, Yendi Phillips 2010 and Angie Martin-Spencer 1994.

DAVID ROLLE’S MY TIME COLLECTION



Closing the show in 2018  was Raphelita by Bahamian Artist and Designer David Rolle and his Spring/Summer 2019  “My Time” Collection which was a celebration of women’s power that featured timeless dresses + sequence pieces perfect for the holidays.
