Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet presented their collection dubbed as “An Ode to New York” for their Spring/Summer 2021 Collection.
This season, the Alice + Olivia team presented “An Ode to New York” in the midst of challenges and change in the form of a Virtual Experience and as a live performance featuring: Aristes, Dancers, and Musicians who all make the City what it is!
The clothes exude casual romance and strength — which is seen through track pants (made from embroidery ) being paired with heels and a black and white high-slit dress with combat boots! The collection is fun, young, chic, vibrant and most of all … wearable!

I always say that clothes come to life through the energy of the women that wear them. That is what we tried to express here, by having creative, modern, talented women perform in our designs; bringing their energy to the streets and our clothes.
In the collection were the brand’s signature embroidered floral pops of color print. From there, the colors used in this same print were pulled out and we saw vibrant pops of pinks, yellows, greens, and even tie-dye! Should we take a hint that the tie-dye trend will continue into 2021? The stand-out piece for me was a beautiful multi-colored tier skirt that I can easily see a lot of Bloggers and Influencers styling on the gram’. The colors then went to muted shades to include blacks, whites, beige, and gold. There is something for everyone whether you are a girl who loves bright colors or you prefer neutrals.
